Free public transportation
During registration, participants will receive their conference badge, which also entitles them to free public transportation in Debrecen during the conference, thanks to the support of the Debrecen Public Transport Company (DKV).
The DKV logo displayed in the corner of the conference badge serves as a valid public transport ticket throughout the conference period, from August
26 to 28, 2026.
Therefore, there is no need to purchase a separate ticket for public transportation in Debrecen during the conference. If you choose to use public transportation to get to the conference venue, you only need to purchase
a ticket for your journey to the venue; from the moment you receive your conference badge, the DKV logo on the badge serves as your valid ticket.

Participants should take care of their hotel reservations themselves individually, separately from the registration arrangement.
